WHEN GOD STEPS IN

SPEAKER: Rev. V.O. Uabor
TOPIC: When God Steps In
TEXT: Psa. 76:1-12, 2 Chron. 32:1, 6-9

Things to note when God steps in:

1. When God steps in, the enemies’ rating changes:
They stop being rated by the strength of their arms.

2. When God steps in, my own rating changes:
I become rated by the strength of the might of God

3. When God steps in, He inherits my battle. 2 Chron. 32:8

4. When God steps in, He exchanges my stress for His rest. 2 Chron. 32:8

5. When God steps in, He glorifies Himself through my crisis. Isa. 59:19

6. When God steps in, He makes me “He that laughs last who laughs the best”. Psa. 126:1-2

7. When God steps in, He makes me the dreaded and the feared in the camps of my enemies. Exo. 23:27

8. When God steps in, He gives me a song of deliverance to sing over what made me worry. Ps. 40:3

To allow God step in, I must:
1) Be strong: 2 Chron. 7:32 (Being strong is a result of the knowledge of God – Dan. 11:32)
2) Make my heart and life a conducive place for the rest. Jer. 6:16
3) Call upon Him. Ps. 50:15

(Unless you make your life a location of rest, the Spirit of the LORD will go away).
